The Royal Enclosure
Originally set aside for the running of the Gold Cup in 1807, the Royal Enclosure was a space exclusively reserved for the guests of King George III. Today, this historic heart of Royal Ascot is a centrepiece of the British Social season. To this day, membership to the Royal Enclosure continues to be by invitation only. The Royal Enclosure is synonymous with sartorial elegance. This is upheld by a formal Dress Code - including full morning suit for Gentlemen - which invites guests to contribute to the occasion heralded as a major fashion event in its own right.

Restaurant: Trackside Restaurant
As the name goes, Trackside restaurant is situated adjacent to the track, just before the Winning Post. From the 40m balcony, it gives an entirely uninterrupted views of racing activity. You will be welcomed by Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne on arrival, then a five-course a la carte luncheon followed by afternoon tea served to table with Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial Champagne. Selected wines and liqueurs with complimentary bar is available throughout the day including Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne and cocktails.
Transport: Car Hire
On Tuesday, the 16th, a car hire will be arranged to accommodate you from your London hotel to Ascot racecourse and back to London at the end of the day.

- Indulge in the luxurious afternoon tea. Let's face it, Britain is the birthplace of this authentic tea time.

Lunch and Dinner at Ascot
You can enjoy lunch at any cafes of your choice within the Royal Enclosure area. Once the races and the bandstand are over, we will dine together at a restaurant near Ascot Racecourse. This will allow you to enjoy a relaxing time before returning to your accommodation without getting caught in traffic. This Saturday package does not include lunch fee on the day of Ascot.
Travel by Train and Car
We will meet at London Waterloo station and will take the train to Ascot station. The train journey is less than an hour. During the Royal Ascot period, the station as well as the train is filled with people dressed in morning suits, top hats and big glamorous hats. It feels as though you have slipped into a different time zone and is definitely a fascinating experience. After dinner, a car will be waiting to take us back from Ascot to London. Particularly for ladies, there is no need to worry about walking in heels any more. Just relax and enjoy the comfortable ride back.

Royal Ascot Orientation Online Course
You will take the “Royal Ascot Orientation” online course before you attend Royal Ascot. By taking this course, you will learn the history of Royal Ascot, what to expect in this 3 day package and the basics of English manners, which will prepare you for the big day. You will also learn how to bet in English and the colloquial British English, which will be very handy to know.

Morning Suit Rental and Return Service
If you would like to rent the designated Royal Ascot morning suit in London, Toshiko will be happy to arrange them for you before you arrive in London. The day before the Royal Ascot day, we will visit the rental store and try them on to ensure they fit you well. Toshiko will accompany you so there is no need to worry about anything. The day after the Royal Ascot, Toshiko will return your rental items to the store. (The rental fee is not included in the package.)

We will enjoy a welcome dinner the night before the Ascot day, It will be a great opportunity to get to know each other and also to enjoy and feel completely at ease, whether you are dining in a posh restaurant or not. Take a horse-drawn carriage to Ascot Racecourse
Clients who have attended Royal Ascot with Toshiko say that spending a day in the Royal Enclosure was like a dream in itself, but we now offer another experience that will make that dream even more special.
It is to take a horse-drawn carriage to Royal Ascot. You will start your day comfortably as our chauffeur will pick you up at your London hotel to the meeting point, the Thatched Tavern, a beautiful 400-year-old beamed tavern. You can watch the carriages being prepared for the big day while you quench your thirst with sparkling wine and refreshments.
The carriage company we use is the only company in the UK that is authorised to operate commercial carriages within the grounds of Windsor Great Park to the exclusive Royal Ascot car park. We will take the carriages from the Victorian era that are still being used, carrying on the legacy of transporting guests by horse for over 175 years.
Respecting the British history and tradition, the motto is to provide a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience that will become a cherished memory for years to come.
Riding in this prestigious carriage to Royal Ascot will truly be a treasured experience for anyone.
